Home Search Options
You have more choices in searching for a home than anywhere else on the Internet! You can start by looking at my Featured Listings. I have some super homes and hope you'll take a minute to see them. Secondly, you can search our local Multiple Listing Service (MLS.ca) in order to view homes available for sale by all real estate agents. What most home buyers want is access to everything - well you've got it here, click on the national MLS search to see all the homes for sale in the entire country! If you just don't have time, I'll do it for you.
I can offer you an account with Private Client Services (PCS) all you have to do is send me an email with an outline of what you're looking for, your name & email address. I will set up a search criteria and you will automatically be sent a message with an access code & password, from there you will recieve email notifications when ever a new listing hit the market. Not just listings from my Brokerage, but ALL the listings in the area. Simply go to my Home Finder page, and send me a message, make sure to indicate if a PCS account is what you want.
Trusted Guide Whatever search option you choose, you should know that I would like to be your trusted guide. If you find a home that seems like a fit simply enter the MLS # into the box I will provide, fill out your contact info and let me do the rest.
